disable punkbuster on server

i was wondering if there was a way to disable punkbuster in the server its gonna be a testing private server for me and my friends so there will be no hackers. is there a way i can edit server.cfg or another file to disable it?

VAC I think was the term you were looking for. And using VAC disablers (ironically) means a ban.

There is no VAC in alter in the first place.

Because you probably messed something up installing. There is no AC TO disable, so you dont have to worry. If its a private match, just set it up go.

0.2 servers will be delisted soon enough..

and if you're not banned then you should have no problem, remember not to host the server on the same computer as the client.

Though, putting a password on it MIGHT make make the checking go away..
