G36E is more for controlling the middle

Anyone that says XM8 is better than the G36E are newphags. People said the M417 was better than the G36E when it came out. New guns bring overrated perceptions.

I've tried it. I have to admit its a good gun, the recoil bounces back into position very quickly when tapfiring. It's higher rate of fire makes it better in CQC. However, for me, it lacks that accuracy to pick of headshots at long distances, I also prefer the G36E scope on assault rifles. I feel I can hit people more cleanly in mid-range with the G36E because of the more conventional spread.

G36E is gp, ut xm8 is nx only. I would buy the xm8 perm but my friend recons i should stick to the rec7 perm i already have, however i need a better long distance ar for maps like sno valley
