help im a super noob

all i want is the prestige 10. and if i can do it id like to be able to have all the fun stuff like super fast and jump a ac130 at any time, a guy had me doing all this in a game but that was just one game and hell ya it was fun. but im starting off fresh so im not sure how to do any of it yet

i know but atleast im trying most of the people i see in the lobbys ask hackers to do things for them, atleast id rather learn and do it myself. lol.
