Lagg,PTC I Think

Well,my hack is starting to lagg,and a friend told me its praboly because my hack is calling the command every frame,and it gives ti shitting fps
this is what my hack looks like so far,also i used Acid Burns old sprint,i just edited it.....they said it was the PTC(PushToConsole) proabily slowing it down,any ideas?

ummm,not the spirnt,i DID RELEASE A v1,this is my v1.1, and it lagged the same b4,even bout the same fps

If the command is pushed every frame then make it only be pushed once.
