I was recently banned for a few days due to "bumping an old topic" with a serious question about it. Am i not allowed to brows old forums and ask a question on them? i see nowhere in the rules, that you're currently NOT allowed to ask questions.



This isn't a flame, im just wondering why I get punished for nothing, yet people who spam non-stop get off Scot free.

well your not allowed to bump old posts.. i think it says it before u post lol..

It's generally allowed to "bump" topics where the last reply is at most a week or two old I think, though if the thread is still relevant and isn't outdated / has detected / old stuff or something, it should be okay to bump as long as it isn't a spam comment / begging or something that would break the rules.

If in doubt just ask the section's minion(s) or a mod+

This isn't a special rule for MPGH only. ANY Forum you go to will have bumping rules. If you where intrigued with the topic you could have made a new thread.

Your ban shouldn't be more than 3 days. But please, it IS specified in the rules and you get a warning before you post.
