Windowed mode for V.55?

Hi MPGH ppls,

This is my first post . I'm looking for a working windowed mode as of this patch (V.55) sometime in late January. So far, the only ones I could find worked for the previous patch, not this one. Is there one out right now? And how are windowed mode hacks made? I'm just curious lol. I don't hack, just mod a little.

One more thing, I have a decent computer that usually runs Combat Arms at good FPS, the only thing is that the FPS goes down a LOT if there are friendly mines or spec weps (because of the green arrows). Is there a way to remove those green arrows from mines and spec weapons? That's basically ALL I need to play the game smoothly.

No you can't.
You can't remove them.
And there's windowed mode in hacks.
But hacks will decrease your FPS.
So it will be back to normal.

Thanks for the reply. Could you point me to a hack that has windowed mode? I find the descriptions very confusing :S. And also, would it be possible to turn off the hacks but keep the windowed mode, therefore keeping the FPS increase?

Yeah, you can turn off any features you don't want.

There's no working window mode on a public hack right now, only on VIP hacks.
