Talking [Help]Calling all Super Advanced VB Coders

Hey everyone I'm calling all of the advanced coders in VB for a super project. My friend who works at Virtual DJ is requesting me to make him a Mini DJ application for his students. He is willing to pay me 5$ For each student, which is about 200$ for all in total. We need to make it advanced with some of the features in VDJ. To the interested coders who want to help me on this I will be willing to give $25.00.

    Required Features:
    Cross Fade
    Master Volume
    Independent volume
    At least 2 decks

I have an issue with this.
    What is protecting the members?

Most can't sign contracts (under 18) , Those who can, who are they signing a contract with?

So many variables that have me very uneasy.
Maybe (me as the skeptical one here) you will take the completed work and never pay.

I say, your friend should pay 1/2 up front, 1/2 on completion for each prospected student. Any additional can be handled afterwards.

This will ensure everyone is happy, and all promises are kept.

I also think the software work should not change hands until the completed portion is paid.

    Plus, the price ins't right.
($25.00) each coder, so far you have 3 or 4, that's 100 for them & 100 for you, who is going to be doing the bulk of the work, Your Friend should charge the students $10, pay you $400
pay you first, then you pay out accordingly . (in the method above, 1/2 to the coders from you before they work, other half upon completion, before the work changes hands.)

I do not suggest anyone takes this seriously as there is 0 way to ensure anything, unless someway is discussed to protect the coders here for programming a application for you & you run with the money.

    hmmm, this gets more interesting.
Now you only need one coder, and don't even comment on protecting the members?
