Always read the fucking label. I had this meal which basically was a small fucking apricot, some shit around it and stuff inside it. I was hungry so I ate 3 (2200 calories each) and i barely was EVEN full. I thought it was like 150 cal each at max? BUT NO I FUCKING READ THE LABEl and it was fucking 2200 cal. each (with fat it was about 2281)

You bitches is fat. 12 BMI reporting in here, and thanks to my high metabolism, I can easily consume around 3000 calories a day and not gain weight. I havnt budged off of 155 pounds for like 3 years either. This may be due in part that I actually hardly ever eat, but meh.
Also, eating that much in one day wont kill you. If you ate it constantly, it could make you fat.
