Seeing how half the bullets u fire are blanks....public and rapid/faster rof is noticeable even if your teammate/enemy doesn't have the mod

Not sure where to release this :D
I just made a massive mod pack, i modded all the assualt rifles in the game to Increased RoF or Rapidfire.
So i'm not sure where to release, elite section or public?
