The best recorder that doesn't take too much FPS?

What's the best video game recorder for PC that doesn't slow the FPS so much? I wanna record some of my Assasin mutant gameplay

I use Fraps and Xfire.. And when i record IG i have like 30 fps :/

Well Fraps isnt the best program! :/ When i use fraps it changes my FPS to like 100 from 40

Then get a better PC or lower the settings, don't blame Fraps. It is one of the best game recording programs out there.

Fraps and Xfire are good.
Fraps is higher quality but you lag more.

but u can get used to it.
