First: use non fullscreen mode. Its safer.
Second: dont activate before you enter a mission.

I did the same with non fullscreen and dont activating bevor i am entering a mission, if i select for the special ops the steady, sprint & ammo it get freeze and crashes after 3 sec

Try downloading the cheat table instead and see if the values look right

Through the trainer or the cheat table?
If through the trainer then try the cheat table.
If you already tried it with the table then try using another value.

I used trainer and table but both crashes the game

...Meftis MW2 SP Trainer...what does that name tell us...maybe that its a single-player-trainer? ^^ it works for original steam version only
