Yeah man the customer support is just absolutely awful
I submitted this ticket after not getting any of my tickets answered.
"I would like to thank you for doing nothing at all to help me with all of my tickets. Thank you so much you have proved to me how much of a worthless company you are. I'll make sure to tell all of my friends about how awful your customer support is. Thank you, for nothing."

Are you kidding me?! Nexons customer support is the best ever! I mean there are a few lazy basterds who get payed for basicly doing NOTHING at all! Free money, that doesn't sound too bad!

Ijji.com customer support is the worst. People have gone 4 weeks without getting their support tickets answered.

Oh, they've been at it for a long time.
My gf, which is how I got introduced to this terrible company, got banned on MapleStory for a month because a character she created and named Buttface 2 years prior on some random world was apparently found to be too "inappropriate" all of a sudden.
It also became apparent that someone at Nexon crawls through the database looking for this silly stuff.. because she had never accessed that character since the time she made it.
Well, she submitted a ticket, and it took them something like 3 months to get back to her.. 2 months after she had already been unbanned.
If you want a quicker reply, you're better off submitting a ban report under a game bug.. and blame the game for banning you. They read bug reports faster.. usually within a week.
It seems that all ban reports from all games get queued into one big stack that nobody wants to touch.
