When will a new public hack / vip hack be released ?
And will the VIP cost money ?
And if the vip costs money can i pay with gamecard ?

Not an MPGH Mod But I'm answering your question to the best of all of our knowledge;

The Public hack and the V.I.P hack do not currently have a specified release date.

MPGH Head Administrator is currently working on Payment Methods, I highly doubt you will be able to pay with a game card - We are not certain of a set price yet, all of this is currently being discussed here and in private conversations;
