can someone explain me what it do?

Another one. You can't equip guns in 6th slot, ONLY PX items.

Yes, you can have three guns in kWR:
1st Gun = 3rd Slot
2nd Gun = 5th Slot
3rd Gun = 8th Slot (Only if you play on a Korean Internet/Game Cafe)
