Who has it been decided by?
My view upon the Future is:
Its already been set, only because its going to happen. whats going to happen next week at 5:42:21pm is going to happen next week at that time, we cant change it. i was born to post this shit back in '93. we can plan for all this shit but its already been decided, we cant change the future, we can only sit back and enjoy the ride.

Someday im going to prove you wrong.
Do not go gentle into that good night,
Old age should burn and rave at close of day;
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.
Doesn't seem legit
**HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!!**

Seems like some circle logic to me. You could change the future, but then you would just turn around and say that that was what was meant to happen.
It depends on how you are looking at the timeline. We as humans dont have the capability to look at the timeline anytime beyond this second, so we do not know how it is meant to be. If we do not know how it is meant to be, we do not know if we are capable of changing it. Only a power capable of seeing the entire timeline has the power to know if things are to be changed.
Time travel is not possible, so this actually all becomes irrelevant. We as people do have an influence over our future, and thus, should try our best to change everything possible into our favor. Weather or not it winds up turning out good, or could have been better, we will not know.
