Cut to the chase.
for whom it was banned. I advise to restart the router [Internet/modem]
turn off the electricity and turn it back on .This gonna Chnge your IP. I tried, can result.with me resulted 5 times .... I do not know if it's luck

You're both banned by IP and by hardware..

Also, do we really need a thread explaining how to change your dynamic IP? It's been posted like 400 times..
