    What everyone said here is good advice, but it could be more than just your Anti-Virus Program

    Okay just so you are aware "hack tool detected" bug has recently been an issue with the newest patches - You can see multiple threads with the same exact problem , So it very well may be Z8games.

    If not;

    1. If you are using a router you might want to read this;

    [SOLVED] Disconnect Due to Incorrect Map Info/Hack Tool Detected - Z8Games

    2. Some programs interrupt normal Crossfire game play, the most common are an Anti-Virus or Firewall is conflicting with Crossfire's normal gamer performance. You may want to temporarily disable these programs to see if this is the issue - If it is , Please add Crossfire to your programs "Exceptions List" Or consider switching to another program.

    3. Some people have problems with Xfire and Crossfire running simultaneously - Try disabling Xfire when in game. Other programs such as MSN, Skype, and many more can also create a disruption in your gameplay - You can also use a program such as "Smart Close" To automatically disable any un-needed programs or do this manually.

    SmartClose download and reviews from SnapFiles

    4. A virus may be causing conflict with Xtrap! Please run a full virus scan to check for any malicious files -
