hi guys i just need help making a macro plz

can someone make it for me in autohotkey plz i need it for call of duty modern warfare 2 its a macro for knifing

basically all i want from that script from e to 1 the vaioh thing i don't need so the timings are giving for e g 1 thats all i need and plz bind the key to q plz or if possible middle mouse button would be nice ty if u can then the middle mouse button otherwise letter Q
plz it would be a great help
