what we should have its an european minion. because our minions are humans too , and as i know they live in usa , so they cant be active at 2:00 am when is 14:00 pm in europe [just a random example]

There are almost no chances of anybody being picked for Minion at this time, Upper Staff would need to decide this. Also you need to keep in mind that there are a variety of qualifications which need to be met. I agree on the timezone but at the same time I understand that our Minions are just normal teenage males and have a life. We are actually luckier than most sections with the great staff we have patrolling around.
