Alright, I've fixed this, No D/C ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS
TRY DIFFERENT INJECTORS!
IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS, RUN THE INJECTOR AS ADMIN AND THE GAME
I suggest DevInjector ( It's right here: https://www.mpgh.net/forum/292-comba...s-updated.html
Also Speed is fixed, If it won't turn off turn it on and off again.
NO FOG AND CHAMS TURNS OFF AFTER EACH GAME, TURN THEM ON AND OFF AGAIN

Doesn't work for me.
What happens: I inject the hack with the injector provided in your post.
I run Combat Arms as Admin
It loads until the man stops running and then shuts Ca down.

And in settings for FaithDEV make sure it closes
