Its crazy to ask such a question, At what level of coding skills might be more reasonable, What counts as VIP hacks? what counts as Public? I have seen aim bots in public does that make the author Public or VIP? did the author leech the snippets? can the author even debug the CShell and Engine to obtain these addresses used? to many variables to give real estimate. For what I seen most is recycled code used in there own hacks.

i Can never take this section Serious..
The only reason i didnt put VIP for my self is because i do not kno ASM and i cannot understand most of the things in it... Soo i cannot help my self to a lot of things..
And most of those VIPS dont even kno C++ well then to kno ASM..
might not even know how pointers work fully.I just like programming, that is all.
