We will not be reducing the stats on your currently owned weapons; rather we will be bringing older, unpowered weapons up to the quality of newer weapons. Considering how Nexon is one of the top grossing MMO's, calling it a free FPS is an understatement. I just hate the gun animations; Operation 7, AVA, etc. animiations are more appealing.
