This is true, because if you can get there with relative ease, then you aren't abusing the flaw until you shoot through it.

Yes it is, I just gave you a description of what it is. The person is using the speed boost to jump across a point then keep jumping. Then abused this by being in a place you're not suppose to be in.

I did it without sprinting or using vest's/gear.

You're titled to your opinion, but you're still not suppose to be there. It's a glitch, you're not suppose to be going to places that isn't ment for you to go to in the first place. That's like saying the pillar glitch is 'okay' along as you don't shoot people through it.
