So I was thinking about buying NX through PayByCash (cant buy $30 NX cards), and I was wondering whether you have to include taxes in your payment. For example $33 for 30k NX, or just $30 for 30K NX.

Taxes aren't placed on NX cards online due to the fact you aren't getting what you bought for. When buying at the store some stores tax, not all. Like Gamestop I believe they do.
