    Flawed Justice System[HALP]

Doing a paper on why and where the US Judicial system has failed.

ex. Why does it cost so much to pay for better lawyers. Meaning the difference between guilty or not comes down to how much money you have.

ex.250 Convicts have been freed after years later new evidence(DNA) prooved there innocence, and in some states there not even a payback system in place. Prisoners are just set free with no money no nothin except a "sorry about that bra"

Post some injustice that you've noticed please.

    It doesn't matter.
    In Holland it's the same.
    In Germany it's the same.
    It's the same everywhere.

well this is just one case i know about. it was about something in Alaska where the alaskan government was gona send checks to everyone, the ammount of money you got depended how long you had resided in the state. a couple sued the state, stating that it went against their 1st ammendment rights. they ended up winning though the Supreme Court (IMO) should have stepped in and used their judicial review right and stepped in calling in unconstitutional.

You might want to recheck on this. Prisoners who served years in prison receive ~100K for every year that they are locked up unfairly. (i'm pretty sure..)

they can sue the prison/state/federal govt i think for the reimbursement. but our educational system is fucked too. theres too much of a focus on math and science, and numbers. kids should be actually evaluted by what they know not some fucking tarded number. if our gov't really was interested in becoming the best "educational" country theyd put more effort into evaluating every students weaknesses and strengths and not just give them a number from the SATs GPA's and ACTs and write them off.

Injustices: Governor/president pardons. At the discretion of those two positions they can get whoever they want out of jail regardless of the crime.

In the case of a pardon the supreme court has no say over the president
