Who here lives in an apartment, and if so, what type? Small community, 2nd floor, etc.

Like said, I'm in a small community apartment complex, on the 2nd floor. Thats the highest up you can go, and I don't want to be under someone where I can hear their footsteps.

Unfortunately, my floor has developed some sort of squeak and grinding sound, similar to that of old hardwood floor, but not exactly.

i used to live in one, they were awesum <3

it was 2 story, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1 master closet, and everything connected to living room, then i moved to the house im at when i was in 4th grade

I love my apartment 10x more than my house, for these main reasons:
1. No more yardwork
2. Better Internet service
3. My own bathroom

At my house, AT&T was intentionally shitting on me with their service. I couldn't go 20 minutes without being disconnected for 2-3. Now, in my apartment, I have the same package as before, but no more random disconnections. Its probably because there are many more other AT&T customers here, and the strength of the connection is way higher. My ping is never over 65, and I never experience any lag spikes.

'Tis probably why I don't get any sun. =\

I have a door that leads into the bathroom from my room, but still opens up to the hallway. I keep the hallway door locked.
