Why does Fraps make me lag so much?
It was working awesome a few days ago but then it just lags like hell when I record. It gets me down to like 15 fps. Is there a reason for this?

Makes most people lag if they don't have a good computer. I suggest getting a new one if you serious about this whole frasping & video making thing. Or just getting a new graphics card that is 10x better then the one you currently have.
Or using a new recording tool, like CamStudio.

Sometimes the computer get old
Can be ur graphic card, RAM etc..
But ever when i format my computer everything get better!
