I know, fuck natural disasters, but Japan built ALL of their buildings and such to prepare for an earthquake, yet buildings still fell, and BOTH backup systems for the reacters failed.
Im not saying no buildings will fall if theirs an earthquake, but they should prepare and get more advances designes to prepare for this kind of thing better.

Who is they? There are still people donating, sure it's good and all but the real gesture comes from physical help. People are being recognised here for donating money, but they are not doing any work. USAR, Police, NZ Fire service & St John are the real heroes here, same goes for Japan with their emergency services..
