I have both Unity and UDK, but I'm debating on which one to learn about.

I recommend changing the gun since it was demo gun & Like the health bar, Amo ect. I can show you how to do this.. easy.. lol

And yeah, change the HUD, the weapons, put some lighting on, make some triggers with events connected to it(maybe cinematics, like door sliding(eeasy)) in the Kismet, etc.
