[Solved]about russian CD_Keys

hi i asked this before in another topic but that was offtopic there
now this is the question
can steam remove the games with russian CD-Key ? if steam has started doing it (6 of my friends lost their games) then if they start to buy full-english cd-keys , where would the game start? i mean i'm prestige 15 and my games gets removed ,when i buy it again would it still be prestige 15 or will start from the beginning?

i'm using a russian cod black ops key, and steam hasn't removed it. i got the key back when the game was released.

You gotta activate the key with a russian VPN else you might get your whole steam account banned.

not true, if you try it without a vpn then you just get an error. no ban at all..-.-

lol i still have my acc that is a bought russian key...but im living in aus s0o0oo0o0o0o0o...
