    Post Best Computer Under $1000

What is the best possible computer I can get for Combat Arms.

I currently have a Dell Desktop with Windows XP that cost $50 because my dad is really cheap. He is finally letting me buy my own. I can earn up to $1000 by summer if I get a job. What is the Best Computer I can get for $1000?

    I want these things:
    - In-game Lowest Lag
    - Fastest loading
    - Least Lag Spikes

Tell me what EXACTLY to put in it.

well i did a project about this and it will be complicated but make your own computer like buying all the stuff and letting an expert combine everything like we did a project and we had to find what stuff would you buy to make your own computer and i noticed that you can like spent like 850$ buying all the parts and like 150$ for it be acembled
Aim for the best, reach for success.

You can do this with a different GFX Card, maybe the GTX 550 Ti, and just one hard drive. And without all the extra crap, like monitor, mouse, and headset. And maybe just one dual core extreme.

Build a custom, don't get crapware. They are more expensive than they should be. Plus you should wait until you have the money to buy, prices will change and most definitely be different by the time you can afford what you want. No sense asking until you have the money to buy one atm.

Well, I agree with ~HOMESCILLET~ that it is better for gaming if you customize it.. But i also agree with Roger Smith that it is overpriced as well......

get like a Gateway Gaming Computer and customize it by buy yourself a good quality graphic card and getting a bigger RAM would be suggested...
it'll run better then a Alienware computer.... i currently use a Gateway with all the preformances i bought for it (Graphic Card, etc.) and it runs faster than the Ailenware my friend uses!

    No no no.
Custom build an Asus gaming computer is better than Dell.
