If you decided to open the file rather than save it and it was an archive, make sure you didn't close the browser / downloader when the file was opened. That would cause the temp file to be removed

Try an other webbrowser, and save it on you'r destkop.
Then run the setup, it will ask maybe an key for legal XP.

What are you trying to Download?
Windows Xp or Cross Fire?
If you can't download Crossfire tt can be a problem because in your computer name you got ~.
