Make sure explored.exe is up. Ctrl alt delete, start task manager, processes. Look for a process named explorer.exe. If you don't find one, go to the applications tab and then click new process or whatever it is in the bottom right and type in explored.exe, then click or or start or whatever the button says, not on mobile
