To add them to your title.. you need to post a request here .. Staff Requests - MPGH - MultiPlayer Game Hacking & Cheats - Hacks, Cheats, Downloads, Trainers, Games
But you don't meet the requirements ..

This service allows users to request a basic usertag (or one with a Swirl), like the examples.
