Having such a short text doesn't really make it look better, and for the icon: it's too high, I have to reduce the size until it fits in the usertag, which makes the width too small.
I hope you have another idea

7 Characters at max, and MPGH isn't allowed in your custom usertitle unless you are part of the Staff, I created 'Asian' instead.
There wasn't really a background colour that matched the Purple letters, so I turned them White again, hope you don't mind.
