Disabling VAC when only using this is a higher risk then just using this. Leave VAC enabled, you wont get a ban.

i have copied and replaced all the files but they don't work..

1. These aren't all files
2. You would still need a tool to enable the maps ingame.No-oversized-signatures-movement!
