Getting mah ping better

Any1 knows about some FREE "permanent" prog to make mah ping better? Im getting too many ping problems...

A good way to lower your ping is closing all applications of your computer using your bandwidth, let only CF use it.

You can use programs like SmartClose to close all process of own Windows and secondary software using your internet.
