Banned or hacked on steam.

well on Friday afternoon i logged out of steam and tried to log back in but i could not so after 100 tries of logging in i assumed i was hacked, i also had my credit card saved into my stream account so if the hacked wanted to buy anything he could but after 2 days i got no e mail about the hacker buying anything and money was not subtracted from my credit card so i waited a week and i got the same results ( after that i still disabled my credit card.). so then i thought i was banned. but if i was when ever i try to log in should'nt i get a message saying i was banned? because when i try to log in all i get is the steam error thing saying the account dose not exist or wrong password.or should'nt i get an e mail saying i was banned? Also i was Vac banned fyi. sooo yeah.. banned from steam or hacked?

If it was 'Banned' you would get a Notification of your Account being Disabled.
