activated account but still no permissions

This thing is troubling me for a while.
I have created my account and got it activated by clicking the email link.

Still I got no permissions to download anything?

Did I ever do something offensive here or is it just a mistake?

Ok,

call me confused, call whatever happened in between confusing.

But as of now, I can download stuff. Don't know what the problem was, but obviusly it solved itself and I will let it stay that way.
