    Question advice for a hacked account

    Well, i have confirmed my snizox steam account has been hacked/ hijacked, and there is absolutely nothing i can do about it. Unfortunately i had a key logger on my computer so now my snizox steam account is stolen... My credit card was saved into there and he changed my e mail he changed my pass word he changed my secret question. I have filed 8 e mails to steam and to there website about my stolen account and they have done nothing. The hacker has my credit card so basically i'm a sitting duck. my dad cant find the right credit card to cancel so if he wants to spend money, he can. any suggestions...?

    - Contact Steam, and tell them your Account was stolen. Be sure to include any forms of proof! (CD Keys etc, with a Photo)
    - Your dad should contact Visa/Mastercard to cancel, if he can legitimize himself with a Passport I'm quite sure he's able to do that, with or without Credit Card.
