How To Run Mods with Dedicated Server

Hey guys,
I have come here in desperate need of help, as alteriw.net have a horrible community. Nobody replies to your request and so I came here. I have setup a server using Server Configurator 2.0 and it works well, but I want to run a modded .iwd on it. I am trying to run a modded mod menu and when I join it just doesn't work.

What do I do? Where do I place the modded iwd? What iwd can I use etc.

If any of you find me a good modded iwd and tell me where to put it to run it on my dedicated server and it works 100%, then I will probably donate $15 via PayPal. Thanks alot.
