He is not releasing it & go and head use cheat engine it is detected by CA.

try da engine it worked for me for a bit idk but it acts up some time.
some times it woks fine others it will crash me and get hacking attempt or what ever

if your looking to get a UCE just like that your definitely mistaken.

there are hundreds, if not thousands of guides/tutorials out there, that will give you a detailed step by step explanation on how to create your own UCE with in 20-30 minutes!!
