Black Ops ASCENSION error

Hey guys i got rownans dlc files and installed
now when i wanna play ascension
after 5 seconds on loading screen it crashes
and there is a error

im searching to fix the problem but nothing is working

is it rownans files if it is

where can i get proper dlc files that are free for pc?
most fucking downloads are on *********
fucking scam ******

i also used black ops dlc optimizer

if you download the unlocker there you see a download link in it
use that one for the good files
