dont pause so much, and have a general idea thought of or written down b4 you start recording, and start out your commentary stronger, as the first 10seconds is the average time it takes a person on youtube to decide if their going to continue watching it or not.

Not bad. Improve overall commentating skills. Everything should be clear and precise, and well thought out. You have to know what you want to say before you say it. This prevents stuttering, pauses, and GAY ANALOGIES from occurring. Improve vid quality (if possible). Improve game play. Mix it up a little, camp, rush, flank, etc.
