If your menu is not coming up then here are some things you can try.
- Run your injector as admin
- Download DirectX End user Runtime
- Download Visual C++ Redist

To open the menu hit INSERT
Virus Scans:

VirScan: Exiled Pub Reloaded v1.1.zip MD5:c58f0ba886382393f1ef17e3c7064141 - VirSCAN.org 24% Scanner(s) (9/37) found malware!
Note: The scans pick up the packer as a "False positive" The hack is in no way a virus.

Meh, i'll fix it up later. Nexon hasn't gotten any smarter, they just got rid of all them leechers that could compile a hack with gellins vip base.

Downloaded .dll and other files you suggested, then injected and attempted to run CA. Crashed upon injection. Unfortunately, I think it may be patched. 8(
