Alright, its pretty easy really.
0. [Setup]
Open MHS and open Combat Arms. Attach MHS to Engine.exe (CA) Get in a game.
1. [Setup]
Get a hotkey for SubSearch Decreased, i used PageDown
2. [Search]
Unsigned Long : 100
3. [Sprint!]
Run around a bit. Halfway through your run, Press your SubSearch Decreased Hotkey. Keep running. When it gets to 25% stamina left, do SubSearch Decreased Hotkey AGAIN.
4. [Search again!]
If you still have more then 2 addys, subsearch for 100 exact value again.
5. [Hack!]
Get the addys and freeze em! There will be 2!
Thats really all.

inf stamina still works, you just have to find the RIGHT address, I can still get inf stamina, and this time Addy doesn't change each time you close CA
