account banned, any way to get it back?

my CSM5 just got banned and i would like to know is there any way to get it back?
it says that i can create a post on customer support if i think this was a unfair ban or something. but does that really work? if i upload some of my legit game play video will they think about my ban or wat?

please tell me if there is any other way.
