Item bind

Hi, I'm new to playing LoL and I noticed there are some items with "Unique Active" and if u press them u get some bonus, now my question is if there is any way to bind this item so you wont have to click manually, Thanks in advance.

whatever slot the item is in, the item is registered to 1-6. like say gunblade is the first item you buy, its active can be triggered by pressing 1

It's also worth mentioning that you can rearrange the unique actives onto the slot(s) you want by just dragging items from 1 slot to another. Its less work to press with a 1 then say a 5.

As its been said in the above posts you can press 1-6 depending on which slot it is in.
