Pokemon Black Hex Editing Information

Hello, currently I'm working on a ROM edit for Pokemon Black which I've dubbed "Project Yotsuba". The main goal is to change every pokemon appearance in the game with older first, second, and third generation Pokemon (besides the two main Dragon Legendary Pokemon). So far all I've found is a method of hex editing wild Pokemon, I've been working on a way to change starters but it's a lot different than fourth gen. Please post any information you have for me (changing starters, changing pokedex listings, etc).
