I do belive these means your ports arnt open or the host is a jew (jkes) i get this error alot all you have to do is click back into the same room and you will be able to join again. I usually get this when iam looking at my stats or what guns are in the inventory.

@Shane All though that is a good idea, it dosen't solve this bug iam affraid :/
